WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We will accept returns of unworn, undamaged product within 30 days. Please contact Revo Customer Service customerservice@revo.com and they will be happy to assist you with next steps.

APPAREL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns:

We will accept returns of unworn, undamaged product within 30 days.

Please include a copy of the packing slip in your package with the reason for your return.

If you do not have the packing slip, please include your name and address in your package.

Affix the return address label provided to the outside of package in order to expedite the return process. NOTE: this is not a pre-paid shipping label.

Please note that all customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless customer has received an incorrect or damaged product.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to one week for credits to appear on your original form of payment.

All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. You will be notified via email when your refund has been processed. Please note that the credit may not show up until your credit card’s next billing cycle as your bank may need additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they receive the information from us.

** please do not send Revo Sunglasses to this address. Please contact CustomerService@revo.com for information about sunglass returns. Sunglasses sent to this address will be refused and return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

Exchanges:

We are only able to exchange the SAME style for a different color AND/OR size. Please include a copy of the packing slip with a note of the new color and/or size. If you do not have the packing slip, please include your name, address and new color and/or size you wish to receive.

Affix the return shipping address provided to the outside of package in order to expedite the exchange process. NOTE: this is not a pre-paid shipping label.

Please allow up to 3 business days once we receive your package for us to process the exchange and ship desired color and/or size. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a new tracking number.

If you would like an entirely new style, a return / refund will be issued and a new order must be placed.

For exchanges on damaged or incorrect items, please contact customerservice@revo.com in order to arrange payment for return shipping costs.

Please use a secure and insured carrier such as UPS, FedEx or USPS for all returns and exchanges, as Revo is not responsible for items not received or lost in transit.
