Are repairs and lens replacements available?
At this time, all repairs are unavailable.
What measures are being taken by Revo to prevent the spread of the virus?
- All non-essential employees are encouraged to work from home
- Work spaces have been separated according to the CDC’s social distancing guidelines
- Increased sanitation of our workplaces
- Disposable gloves available to all employees
- All repairs have been suspended for 45 days in order to protect our staff and reduce the spread of the virus

Does Revo.com sell prescription lenses directly?
Order for prescription lenses must be processed through an authorized Revo Rx retailer. To find a store near you, use the Store Locator and click the Rx-available box.
How do I become an authorized Revo retailer?
Can I order replacement nose pads?
Yes, we have replacement nose pads for many of our metal frames. To order a pair, email Revo Customer Care at email@example.com or call (866)-678-7386.
What is the Revo Insider Program?
The Revo Insider Program offers exclusive perks and promotions. You can also find out about promotions by following us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Coupon codes cannot be used on previous orders or on warranty, service, or upgrade orders. Enter promo code at checkout. Limit one per order.
What is Revo’s promotional code policy?
Promotional codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts and may have an expiration date, as indicated at the time of issuance. Promotions can only be redeemed at Revo.com toward the purchase of products available thereon. They cannot be applied to any previously placed orders or for lens repair or upgrade program orders.
Please note that sale items are excluded from all promotions.
If you return an item purchased using a Promotion, the amount paid using a Promotion will not be reissued to you and will not be eligible for redemption against subsequent orders. Revo limits one promotional code per order, person and/or per household and reserves the right to add, remove, or modify terms on any promotions without prior notice. If we suspect misuse of a Promotion, it may be suspended or terminated. Other restrictions may apply.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Wallet. Enjoy your new sunglasses now and pay over time in four installments with Afterpay using your Visa or Mastercard.
What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every two weeks without any interest. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method and you will be directed to the Afterpay website. How can I check on the status of my order?
Your order confirmation email includes all the details of your order: order number, shipping method, and shipping and billing address. After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Have any other questions about your order? Please contact Revo Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact Revo Customer Care at (866)-678-7386 with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you prefer to contact us via email, remember to put "Cancel/Change Order" in the subject line. If we are unable to complete your request, we will help you process your return.
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
What taxes and duties do you charge?
Orders shipped to NY and NJ are subject to applicable local taxes. International orders are subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees charged by the destination country, not by Revo. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are only charged once the shipment reaches its destination.
Does Revo offer gift cards?
We do not offer gift cards at this time.
How do I clean my lenses?
It's easy to clean your Revos. You can wipe them with the microfiber sunglass pouch, or rinse them with soap and temperate water. Avoid using hot waters or abrasives as they can damage the lenses.
What do the measurements listed online mean?
The measurements, provided in millimeters, indicate the size of the frame: width of lens-width of bridge-length of temple.
What is the Revo Light Management System™?
The Revo Light Management System (LMS)™ is our proprietary light-protection technology that manages the full spectrum of light—blocking out the bad light and allowing in the good. All Revo lenses are 100% polarized, selectively filtering all light in the color spectrum, particularly Blue light/HEV light, and also protecting against glare while still allowing you to view screens, watches, etc.
What is the Light Transmission for each Revo lens?
Revo Blue Water lenses block 89% of visible light and have 94% Blue light/HEV light protection.
Revo Evergreen lenses block 87% of visible light and have 96% Blue light/HEV light protection.
Revo Graphite lenses block 87% of visible light and have 91% Blue light/HEV light protection.
Revo Terra lenses block 85% of visible light and have 95% Blue light/HEV light protection.
Revo Spectra lenses block 85% of visible light and have 95% Blue light/HEV light protection.
Revo Champagne lenses block 86% of visible light and have 95% Blue light/HEV light protection.

What is Revo.com's Return Policy?
Revo offers free returns within 30 days; full refunds are available for merchandise purchased from Revo.com. Merchandise purchased from other retailers are subject to those return policies. What is the Revo Upgrade Program™? How does it work?
If you have a damaged Revo product, you can use Revo Upgrade Program™ to select a new pair of Revo sunglasses for 20% off the retail price. Upload a picture of your damaged Revo product, click the "Shop Now" button, and select one pair. The discount will be reflected at checkout.
What is the Revo Warranty?
All Revo sunglasses are protected under warranty up to two years after purchase, with proof from an authorized Revo dealer. The warranty covers defects in material and craftsmanship, but does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, alteration, misuse or abuse. Legal rights under applicable Federal and State Laws governing the sale of consumer goods are not affected by this warranty.
What is considered a Manufacturer's Defect?
Manufacturing defects are any malfunctions or failures in the sunglasses that occur without an external cause, such as:
- Any breakage or cracking at soldering points, end pieces, bridge points, hinge points, temple tips, temple covers, or screw points (without evidence of improper adjustment)
- Hinge anchors that have loosened
- Excessive glue or scratching (from manufacturing only) at hinge points or on other parts of the frame
- Frames that lose their adjustment within 30 days of receipt
- Obvious color fading
*Broken, chipped, cracked, or scratched lenses are NOT a manufacturing defect.
How do I get my sunglasses fixed if they're under Warranty?
In order to get your sunglasses fixed under Revo warranty, you have to:
- Visit our Repairs page and complete the Revo Warranty form.
- Please note you are only eligible for this complimentary warranty if your sunglasses are less than two years old and have a manufacturer's defect.
- Next, you will receive an order confirmation email with an order number.
- Revo will review your form and photo(s) and contact you within two business days.
- If you are approved for the warranty, you will receive instructions on where to send your damaged Revo sunglasses.
- Ship your damaged Revo sunglasses with an insured carrier.
- Expect your repaired or replaced Revo sunglasses 10-15 business days after we receive them.
How do I get my Revos repaired?
LESS THAN 5 YEARS OLD
Are your sunglasses chipped, cracked, or scratched, but older than two years old? If they are under five years old, you can still get them repaired. Visit our Repairs page and complete the Lens Replacement form. We charge a fee of $89, but only after you receive your repaired sunglasses.
After you receive your order confirmation email, please allow up to two business days for the Revo Repair Department to review and follow-up to your form and photo(s). If they are approved for repair, you will receive information on where to send your broken sunglasses in the follow-up email. Please include a copy of your order confirmation email with your sunglasses and ship via an traceable, insured carrier, as we are not responsible for lost shipments. Please note we take the utmost care with replacing your lenses, but we are not responsible for damaged or broken frames.
Expect your repaired or replaced Revo sunglasses 10-15 business days after we receive them.
MORE THAN 5 YEARS OLD
If your Revo sunglasses are older than five years, please contact Revo Customer Care at email@example.com before submitting your Lens Replacement form.
How much does a Revo repair cost?
For non-RX sunglasses repairs, we charge per pair of lenses. We only repair lenses in pairs to make sure that both have the latest Revo lens technology. For any other damages, it's best to use the Revo Upgrade Program which allows customers to receive a 20% discount of on a new pair of Revo sunglasses.
