I was in California for work, and had one day to climb in Yosemite, so my friend Althea Rogers (pictured above) and I boogied to the Valley and snuck in a route on a short, chilly November day. We had an incredible time on South by Southwest, a six-pitch 5.11a up Lower Cathedral Spire, summiting at sunset and finishing the rappels at dark.
