Warranty & Repairs
All Revo sunglasses are covered against defects in material or workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. The warranty doesn't cover scratched lenses, or products that have been damaged through misuse or alteration.
If you've had your Revo sunglasses for under two years and you think they have a manufacturing defect, you can request a warranty/repair claim here. Simply fill out the form and submit to place your claim. Once submitted, our team will evaluate the claim and send details on how to return your glasses, and we'll either repair or replace your Revos if your claim is valid.
Please note repairs are currently unavailable. CLICK HERE FOR REVO'S STATEMENT ON COVID-19.
What counts as a manufacturing defect?
- Any breakage or cracking at soldering points, end pieces, bridge points, hinge points, temple tips, temple covers, or screw points (without evidence of improper adjustment)
- Hinge anchors that have loosened
- Excessive glue or scratching (from manufacturing process only) at hinge points or on other parts of a frame
- Frames that have lost their adjustment within 30 days of receipt
- Obvious color fading
