WARRANTY INQUIRY

All Revo sunglasses are covered against defects in material or workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. The warranty doesn't cover scratched lenses or products that have been damaged though misuse or alteration.

If you've had your Revo sunglasses for under two years and you think they have a manufacturing defect, please fill out this form. Once submitted, our team will evaluate the claim and send details with the best option.

What counts as a manufacturing defect?

  • Any breakage or cracking at soldering points, end pieces, bridge points, temple tips, temple covers or screw points (without evidence of improper adjustment)
  • Hinge anchors that have loosened
  • Excessive glue or scratching (from manufacturing process only) at hinge points or on other parts of a frame
  • Frames that have lost their adjustment within 30 days of receipt
  • Obvious color fading
  • ** Scratched lenses are not a manufacturing defect.

LENS REPLACEMENT INQUIRY

We may be able to replace non-Rx Serilium or Serilium+ sun lenses with new lenses for a fee.

If you have chipped, cracked, or scratched lenses that you would like replaced, please fill out the form.  Once submitted, our team will evaluate the claim and send details with the best option.

REVO CARE+ PROGRAM

All Revo products are crafted to meet the highest manufacturing standards and are covered against defects in material or workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. But wait! If you purchase the Revo Care+ Program, we protect you if your sunglasses and goggles are lost, damaged or stolen.

The program is simple: we’ll replace your original sunglass for a small fee on one occasion within two years from the date of purchase. No questions asked.

Revo Care+ is only available for purchase made with a pair of sunglasses ordered through Revo.com (Please note: Revo Care+ must be added to your order at the time your sunglass order is placed. Previous orders, & 3rd party purchases are not eligible for the Revo Care+ benefit.) Replacements apply only to an identical pair.

We charge the following fee for processing, handling and shipping to your door:

Damaged, lost or stolen sunglasses : $59

Rx (prescription) sunglasses can be replaced for $99

*IF ORIGINALLY PURCHASED ITEM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE, YOU MAY CHOOSE A DIFFERENT STYLE OF EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE.
